Standard with every engagement

The Admin Portal — your operator’s control plane.

One secure, role-aware web console that controls every other system NordOps builds for you. Provision access, monitor service health, audit results, govern users — from a single screen. Included with every engagement, never optional.

Provision access, monitor service health, audit results, govern users — from one role-aware console. The Admin Portal is included with every NordOps engagement; the version below is configured for an anonymised reference deployment.

02 / What It Does
What it does

One screen to control everything else.

The Admin Portal is the place from which every other system NordOps builds for you is managed — whether the engagement produces a CSM portal, a partner portal, a customer self-service portal, or an audit system. It is the foundation that ties everything together.

Role-based access control

Four user roles — Super Admin, Admin, Support, User — each with their own menu and permitted actions. CRM kept in sync automatically.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP-based 2FA with QR-code setup for any authenticator app. Progressive lockout (3 / 5 / 10 attempts), device-bound sessions, AES-256 encryption.

Service health dashboard

Real-time grid of every backend and frontend service. Auto-refresh every five minutes. Color-coded cards (OK / Warn / Error / Unknown).

Multi-portal access management

Provision, reset, and revoke access for every downstream portal from one screen. Email delivery tracked, with auto-rollback if a grant email bounces.

Audit administration

Inspect records pulled from any workflow, mark issues fixed, tag for follow-up, save investigation comments. Filter by date, workflow, or record ID.

Global customer map

Every customer rendered as a clustered marker on an interactive map. Color-coded by relationship type. One-click into the CRM record.

Business Insights

The CEO’s headline view. Operational KBIs across pre-sales, post-sales, finance, and product — updated continuously. The two numbers that matter, surfaced first.

Process Library

Live visual flowcharts of every digitised process — pre-sales, post-sales, renewals, more. One Markdown file per process drives the chart, the runtime engine, and a board-ready PDF.

SSO magic-login

One-click impersonation into any downstream portal with CSRF protection. Operators don’t maintain a second set of credentials.

03 / Security
Security & compliance

Built for serious operators — not just demos.

Every NordOps Admin Portal ships with the same security baseline that runs in production at a reference customer. This is not a demo with security bolted on later. It is a console that has been hardened, audited, and run for years.

Security baseline

  • TOTP-based 2FA (Speakeasy) with QR auto-cleanup
  • AES-256-GCM encryption of stored credentials
  • Per-request CSRF tokens on every protected endpoint
  • HttpOnly + Secure + SameSite=None cookies
  • Device-bound session fingerprinting
  • Progressive lockout (3 / 5 / 10 attempts)
  • Stateless backend — horizontally scalable
  • CORS pinned to a single origin

04 / Process Library
Process Library

What’s running, visually.

The Process Library is the Admin Portal’s window into every digitised process running on the Processor. Each process has one Markdown specification in your source repository — the same file drives the live flowchart you see here, the runtime that executes it, and a board-ready PDF for audits and onboarding. One file, three outputs, never out of sync.

05 / Configuration
What your version will look like

The Admin Portal you receive is configured for your business.

The architecture, security, and operator UX are constant. The role definitions, module visibility, and connected systems are configured during the build phase based on what the Assessment identifies. Every NordOps client’s Admin Portal looks similar to the next at the level of design language — and different at the level of which downstream portals it controls and which data sources it’s wired to. The Processor — the runtime that actually executes your digitised processes — is documented separately on its own page.

Configuration scope

Your specific role names, permitted actions per role, downstream portals, CRM integration, customer-map data source, and email-delivery provider are set during the build phase. The architecture is delivered. The configuration is yours.
